3. Follow The Guidance.
- The document will be sent 2 or 3days after the transaction. It will be sent on the dispatch date.
- Please keep the PIN code (4 digits). It will be needed upon payment of mailing cost or when you use telemail.
- Please follow the enclosed instructions when you pay the mailing cost.
