  • Development of computer-aided diagnosis scheme based on radiogenomics
Research Focus As entered the post-genome era, a novel research area, which is called Radiogenomics, has been forming by adding a new perspective of genotype into the imaging phenotype of radiation medicine. In our laboratory, we are developing methods for integrated analysis of gene information and image features obtained from medical images. By using their new techniques, we are studying on next-generation of computer-aided diagnosis schemes for the detection of lesions, differential diagnosis, and prognosis prediction of patients.
