Request by Telephone

1. Dial The Following Number and Follow The Audio Guidance.

2. Input Request No. (6 digits)

3. Follow The Guidance.

• The document will be sent 2 or 3days after the transaction. It will be sent on the dispatch date.
• Please keep the PIN code (4 digits). It will be needed upon payment of mailing cost or when you use telemail.
• Please follow the enclosed instructions when you pay the mailing cost.
• When you use telephone to make a request, please speak slowly and clearly.
• Extra delivery time may be taken if the message is not clear.

Request from The Post Office.

Use the proper form for this purpose at the post office. Fill in the form and send it to us together with 120 yen mailing cost and handling charge.

• It will be sent one week after the transaction.
• It accepts only Selection of students guidebook.
